Hospitality Services Company is a family owned and operated business which means you get team that is dedicated to quality work and personal service you won't find anywhere else. We've been in the commercial countertop and surround business for over 30 years. Every year we supply product and manage installations for dozens of projects across the country for a variety of major hotel chains.
Randy Jones, the owner, has been fabricating, estimating, installing and managing jobs since the 70's. His history in the industry brings with it valuable experience and professionalism. He is still personally involved in the quality of work done by each of our installation teams.
In addition to Randy, we have a team of managers with real world experience in both construction and business management. This means that our management team understands the process and requirements of commercial projects. They also have the knowledge and tools necessary to run a business that can serve it's customers with professional efficiency. We know that projects seldomly run exactly as planned, but you can feel more confident that the both your business interactions and your projects will run more smoothly when working with us.
Hotels - New Construction
Whether you are working on a small motel in Medford, Oregon or a 15 story hotel in Albany, New York, we've got you covered. We've worked with all major hotel chains, and we are familiar with the design requirements for new projects. We can assist doing take-offs and estimates during the planning phase so that product can be ordered and work crews mobilized to fit the construction schedule.
Hotels - Renovation
We understand that renovation projects require special considerations when it comes to schedule, staging, workflow, and work site demeanor. Often times renovations proceed in phases with work being performed along side active guest rooms.
Multi-Family Units
We know multi-family units are similar to the projects in the hospitality industry, though they may require more custom work and attention to detail.
